1. Who we are

The data controller is TORUS INVESTMENTS AG, Schaffhauserstrasse 4, 8400 Winterthur, Switzerland (UID CHE-484.086.742). "Lambda Automation Development" ("Lambda", "we", "us") is a trade name and product of TORUS INVESTMENTS AG and operates the lambda.dev website and the Lambda iOS and Android apps (collectively, the "platform"). 2. Data we collect

When you use our platform we may collect:

Account data — email address and hashed password when you register.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, and IP address.
Content data — code files, chat messages, and attachments you create within the platform.
ERP data — data exchanged with connected ERP systems (bexio, SAP Business One) is processed and routed on your behalf but not stored by us.

3. Cookies and analytics

The following applies to the lambda.dev website only. The Lambda iOS and Android apps do not use cookies or analytics services.

We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2 to understand how our site is used. Analytics cookies are only set after you give consent via the cookie banner.

If you decline cookies, Google Analytics operates in cookieless mode and collects only aggregated, non-identifying data.

Our website embeds videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). Embedded videos are click-to-play: no data is transmitted to Google before you start playback and give your consent. When you play a video, a connection to YouTube is established and Google may set cookies and process data such as your IP address and viewing behavior, including on servers in the USA. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). For details, see Google's privacy policy.

4. How we use your data

To provide and maintain the platform
To authenticate your account
To execute automation scripts on your behalf
To improve our services based on aggregated usage patterns
To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

Google Analytics — aggregated usage data (with your consent)
Azure — infrastructure provider (data processing agreement in place)
OpenAI / Anthropic / Google — data from chat messages and automation scripts is sent to LLM providers for AI processing. This data is not used for model training under our API agreements.
ERP providers — data is sent to your connected ERP system (bexio, SAP, etc.) as instructed by you.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Azure data centers in West Europe. ERP credentials are encrypted at rest using Fernet symmetric encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG), you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Rectify inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data
Export your data
Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
